Get the proper tire rotation

Scheduled tire rotations will ensure the longevity of your investment and will secure safe travels. Yet rotating your tires is not as simple as it may seem. The pattern used is dependent upon a number of things including if you have directional or non-directional tires, the vehicle is front, rear, four wheel, or all-wheel drive.

You can use three rotational patterns for non-directional tires including forward cross and x-pattern. The forward cross pattern is used for front wheel drive vehicles. The front tires are moved back to the rear and rear tires to the opposite sides of the front axle. The x-pattern is also used on front wheel drive vehicles, and the front tires are moved to the rear on the opposite sides and vice versus for the rear tires. Directional tires use front to back and side to side patterns. Our auto technicians will assist in setting up an appointment to ensure your tires are rotated appropriately.
